| Resumen: | RESUMEN: Diseñar un espacio físico para el mercado de alimentos, en donde se tendrá un orden eficiente para que las personas que laboren en las instalaciones puedan desempeñarse de la mejor manera, además que las personas en sus alrededores hagan uso de un lugar cómodo e higiénico para poder disfrutar de sus alimentos, en la ciudad de Gotera, del departamento de Morazán. El método a realizar contendrá un conjunto de especificaciones conforme a las cuales se va a realizar la investigación conteniendo las siguientes etapas: 1ra Etapa: Planteamiento del Problema (Perfil), 2da Etapa: Marco Referencial., 3ra Etapa: Diagnóstico., 4ta Etapa: Pronóstico., 5ta Etapa: Propuesta. De esta manera se concluye que con la realización del anteproyecto arquitectónico de las instalaciones del mercado de alimentos de San Francisco Gotera, se verán beneficiadas muchas personas, tanto las personas que en un futuro tendrán la oportunidad de pertenecer y poder realizar sus diversos trabajos dentro de este, como también los usuarios que harán uso de ellas para el consumo de alimentos; al mismo tiempo, se crea un nuevo foco de interés para la ciudad, lo cual la da mucho valor al turismo. El Mercado se diseñó para subsanar la demanda de espacio, y necesidad de tener un lugar higiénico y único para el rubro alimenticio, garantizando bienestar, confort y seguridad de los usuarios. Con la creación del Mercado, se estimula a la población interna de la ciudad y a la misma vez a personas que no pertenecen a ella, para poder visitar la ciudad, con la finalidad de conocer y degustar de las diversas comidas que ofrecerá el mercado en su pleno funcionamiento. ABSTRACT: To design a physical space for the food market, where there will be an efficient order so that the people who work in the facilities can perform their best, in addition to the people in their surroundings making use of a comfortable and hygienic place to enjoy their food, in the city of Gotera, in the department of Morazán. The method to be carried out will contain a set of specifications according to which the research will be carried out, containing the following stages: 1st Stage: Problem Statement (Profile), 2nd Stage: Reference Framework, 3rd Stage: Diagnosis, 4th Stage: Forecast, 5th Stage: Proposal. In this way, it is concluded that with the completion of the architectural preliminary project for the facilities of the San Francisco Gotera food market, many people will benefit, both people who in the future will have the opportunity to belong and be able to carry out their various jobs within it, as well as users who will use them for food consumption; At the same time, a new focus of interest is created for the city, which greatly enhances its tourism value. The Market was designed to meet the demand for space and the need for a hygienic and unique location for the food industry, ensuring the well-being, comfort, and safety of its users. The creation of the Market encourages both the city's internal population and outsiders to visit the city to experience and taste the diverse foods the market will offer when fully operational. |
