| Хураангуй: | RESUMEN: Desarrollar un proyecto de diseño arquitectónico de edificio de usos múltiples y deportes bajo techo, en el estadio Miguel Félix Charlaix, de la ciudad de San Miguel. Para ello, se hará uso de una metodología; la cual estará comprendida por un proceso minucioso de análisis, que comprende la etapas de investigación y diseño y las cuales a su vez, se sub-dividen en cinco grandes etapas, que van desde la identificación del problema y recopilación de antecedentes, hasta la formulación de la propuesta final. Con la realización del presente proyecto de diseño arquitectónico de edificio de usos múltiples y deportes bajo techo, en el estadio Miguel Félix Charlaix, de la ciudad de San Miguel; se verán beneficiados jóvenes, adultos y niños, que gustan de practicar deportes en sus diferentes facetas o categorías; tras proporcionarles un espacio adecuado para usos múltiples y que fomenta la realización de actividades físicas y/o deportes bajo techo. Dicho proyecto está diseñado, acorde a las necesidades y demandas actuales y futuras, que presenta el estadio Charlaix. Contempla salones muy bien dimensionados, destinados al deporte y desarrollo físico y mental de sus usuarios; fomentando así, su desarrollo; para la buena salud física y mental de quienes lo practican. Así mismo, tras un estudio previo del terreno, se concluyó que éste no presenta mayor inconveniente para la ejecución de dicho proyecto. Cuenta con una topografía relativamente plana, albergando todos los servicios, más una ubicación excelente para el uso que ofrece. Es así, que los resultados de la encuesta realizada fueron favorecedores, mostrando el interés de la gente, en llevar a cabo dicho proyecto de edificio de usos múltiples y deportes bajo techo, en la ciudad de San Miguel; para beneficio de sus habitantes en general. ABSTRACT: To develop an architectural design project for a multipurpose and indoor sports building at the Miguel Félix Charlaix Stadium in the city of San Miguel. To this end, a methodology will be used, comprising a thorough analysis process, encompassing the research and design stages, which are in turn subdivided into five major stages, ranging from problem identification and background gathering to the formulation of the final proposal. The completion of this architectural design project for a multipurpose and indoor sports building at the Miguel Félix Charlaix Stadium in the city of San Miguel will benefit young people, adults, and children who enjoy practicing sports in their different facets or categories by providing them with an adequate space for multiple uses that encourages physical activities and/or indoor sports. This project is designed according to the current and future needs and demands of the Charlaix Stadium. It includes well-sized rooms dedicated to the sports and physical and mental development of its users. Thus, promoting its development, for the good physical and mental health of those who practice it. Likewise, after a preliminary study of the land, it was concluded that it presents no major inconvenience for the execution of this project. It has a relatively flat topography, housing all services, and is in an excellent location for the intended use. Thus, the results of the survey were favorable, demonstrating public interest in carrying out this multipurpose building and indoor sports project in the city of San Miguel, for the benefit of its residents in general. |
