| Resumen: | RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo de Graduación se pretende aplicar a la realidad todos los conocimientos y herramientas teóricas y prácticas adquiridas a lo largo de la carrera cursada. Y de esta manera, dar a conocer el Proyecto del Diseño de Malecón, Muelle y Restaurante Flotante del cantón La Estrechura Municipio de San Miguel, específicamente en La laguna Olomega. La temática presentada surge a partir de la necesidad de crear un espacio adecuado para el turismo recurrente en dicha zona. Comprende una investigación teórica, bibliográfica, visitas de campo, así como esquemas de la metodología de investigación, cronograma de actividades que nos brinda un parámetro de tiempo para la realización del Trabajo de Graduación, reconociendo así los criterios y requerimientos que se solicitan para cumplir con las fechas previstas. Así se concluye que en la actualidad se percibe interés de las instituciones por el desarrollo del turismo en la zona y que en el marco de la proyección Social de la Universidad de El Salvador esta Propuesta del Proyecto de Malecón, Muelle y Restaurante Flotante del Cantón la Estrechura, Municipio de Chirilagua, San Miguel, en la Laguna de Olomega, Cantón la Estrechura, Municipio de Chirilagua, Departamento de San Miguel, se ha desarrollado basado en un aspecto fundamental: El contexto actual del Municipio de Chirilagua y El Cantón La Estrechura en materia social, medioambiental, económica y urbana, es una propuesta con un enfoque transformador de esa realidad actual por medio del fomento y práctica de turismo como herramienta para el desarrollo e inclusión social que impacte de manera positiva y directa a la población cercana al lugar e indirectamente a todos sus futuros usuarios y visitantes. ABSTRACT: This graduation thesis aims to apply all the theoretical and practical knowledge and tools acquired throughout the program to the real world. This project aims to present the design of a boardwalk, pier, and floating restaurant in the La Estrechura canton, San Miguel Municipality, specifically in Olomega Lagoon. The topic presented arose from the need to create a suitable space for recurring tourism in the area. It includes theoretical and bibliographical research, field visits, as well as outlines of the research methodology and a schedule of activities that provide a timeframe for the graduation thesis, thus recognizing the criteria and requirements required to meet the planned deadlines. Thus it is concluded that at present there is a perceived interest from institutions in the development of tourism in the area and that within the framework of the Social projection of the University of El Salvador, this Proposal for the Boardwalk, Pier and Floating Restaurant Project of the Canton la Estrechura, Municipality of Chirilagua, San Miguel, in the Olomega Lagoon, Canton la Estrechura, Municipality of Chirilagua, Department of San Miguel, has been developed based on a fundamental aspect: The current context of the Municipality of Chirilagua and the Canton La Estrechura in social, environmental, economic and urban matters, is a proposal with a transformative approach to this current reality through the promotion and practice of tourism as a tool for development and social inclusion that has a positive and direct impact on the population close to the place and indirectly on all its future users and visitors. |
