Abstract:	RESUMEN: Este documento contiene información sobre la realización del proyecto de investigación “Desarrollo de un sistema de gestión de voluntariado, recursos y servicios para las seccionales de la Cruz Roja Salvadoreña” como trabajo de grado para optar al título de Ingeniero de Sistemas Informáticos. La investigación surge a raíz de la necesidad de migrar del sistema manual a uno informático para el manejo de la información institucional, tomando como base la seccional San Miguel de la Cruz Roja Salvadoreña y culmina con la elaboración de una solución web basada en la informática, la cual consiste en un sistema para el control de la información de los voluntarios, del inventario y para la administración de los servicios que presta la seccional. Adicionalmente se creó una aplicación móvil para que los ciudadanos puedan reportar una emergencia a la seccional. ABSTRACT: This document contains information on the carrying out of the research project "DEVELOPMENT OF A VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, RESOURCES AND SERVICES FOR THE SECTIONALS OF THE SALVADORAN RED CROSS" as a degree project to qualify for the title of Computer Systems Engineer. The research arises as a result of the need to migrate from the manual system to a computerized one for the management of institutional information, based on the San Miguel section of the Salvadoran Red Cross and culminates with the development of a web-based solution on computer science, which consists of a system for the control of the information of the volunteers, of the inventory and for the administration of the services provided by the section. Additionally, a mobile application was created, so that citizens can easily report an emergency to the section.
