| 520 | 3 | |a RESUMEN: La necesidad de esta investigación nace a partir que en El Salvador no se encuentra material bibliográfico académico que desarrolle el tema objeto de estudio, denominado Análisis y Propuesta de Reforma a la Ley Reguladora del Uso de Medios de Vigilancia Electrónica en Materia Penal, se pretende colaborar con el conocimiento de la creación de la Ley antes referida; que incide en la vida de múltiples imputados, detenidos y procesados, por esta razón es indispensable la necesidad de un estudio serio sobre el tema, para aprender de la experiencia y postura internacional de las personas y países que son pioneros en esta materia, con la finalidad de evitar cometer los mismos errores en la aplicación y ejecución de la vigilancia electrónica. en la investigación el objetivo general es el siguiente: Analizar los problemas jurídico- penales y de aplicación judicial que genera la Ley Reguladora del Uso de Medios de Vigilancia Electrónica en Materia Penal, de El Salvador, adoptando reformas que brinden soluciones prácticas, sociales y efectivas generadas por el derecho comparado en los países que están aplicando esta medida en el sistema judicial; en cuanto a la metodología, es una investigación documental que se caracteriza como un análisis de la información escrita sobre un determinado tema, con el propósito de establecer relaciones, diferencias, etapas, posturas o el estado actual del conocimiento respecto al tema objeto de estudio, es una revisión sistemática que propone la integración de conocimientos acerca de un tema particular, a partir de hallazgos identificados en fuentes relevantes; constituyendo una base para eventualmente hacer un análisis jurídico de los medios de vigilancia electrónica en el Salvador,desde esta perspectiva el desarrollo de la investigación, se compone de diferentes capítulos con los que se pretende un buen desarrollo del tema. | |
