| Abstract: | RESUMEN: Las inundaciones pluviales son un fenómeno que afecta mucho a la zona de San Miguel, aunque su solución es compleja debido a todas las autoridades que tienen que intervenir para lograrlo, es posible prevenir pérdidas humanas y materiales con planes de prevención como los mapas de riesgos. En la presente investigación se propone la elaboración de mapas de riesgo de inundaciones en una de las zonas que a lo largo de la historia ha sido una de las más problemáticas. Para esta investigación fue necesario seguir una serie de pasos como: recolección de información, levantamiento topográfico mediante dron, simulación hidráulica, mapeo y finalmente, la caracterización de la microcuenca urbana. La recolección de información consistió en la investigación de datos meteorológicos, seguida de varias visitas de campo al lugar en las épocas seca y lluviosa, todo esto para un entendimiento global del problema. Luego se realizó el levantamiento topográfico mediante un dron, obteniendo imágenes que fueron procesadas mediante el software PhotoScan, una vez procesado se obtuvo como producto los puntos topográficos del terreno natural, puntos que se trabajaron en el software AutoCAD Civil 3D. . Luego de trabajar en AutoCAD Civil 3D, y conocer los datos meteorológicos de la zona de estudio, se realizó la simulación hidráulica a través del software HEC-RAS, a partir de las tablas resumen de simulación y vistas de cada uno de los tramos de la calle 8 oeste. El resultado de la investigación fueron mapas de riesgo de inundaciones para diferentes periodos de retorno, estos mapas se componen de dos análisis fundamentales que son: análisis de amenaza y vulnerabilidad. Los mapas muestran los tramos propensos a inundaciones, en los que se pueden identificar las diferentes escalas de riesgo que enfrenta la población que reside y transita por la calle 8 Oeste, en el municipio de San Miguel, las cuales son de carácter preventivo, pero pueden contribuir. para buscar una solución al problema de inundaciones en el casco urbano del municipio. ABSTRACT: Pluvial floods are a phenomenon that greatly affects the area of San Miguel, although its solution is complex due to all the authorities that they have to intervene to achieve it, it is possible to prevent human and material losses with prevention plans such as risk maps. In the present investigation, the elaboration of flood risk maps is proposed in one of the areas that throughout history has been one of the most problematic. For this investigation, it was necessary to follow a series of steps such as: information collection, topographic survey using a drone, hydraulic simulation, mapping, and finally, the characterization of the urban micro-basin. The collection of information consisted of the investigation of meteorological data, followed by several field visits to the place in the dry and rainy seasons, all this for a global understanding of the problem. Then, the topographic survey was carried out using a drone, obtaining images that were processed using the PhotoScan software, having been processed, the topographic points of the natural terrain were obtained as a product, points that were worked on in the AutoCAD Civil 3D software. After working in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and knowing the meteorological data of the study area, the hydraulic simulation was carried out through the HEC-RAS software, from the simulation summary tables and views of each of the sections of the 8th west street. The result of the investigation were flood risk maps for different return periods, these maps are made up of two fundamental analyzes that are: hazard and vulnerability analysis. The maps show the sections prone to flooding, in which the different scales of risk faced by the population that resides and travels along 8th West Street, in the municipality of San Miguel, can be identified, which are of a preventive nature, but can contribute to find a solution to the problem of flooding in the urban area of the municipality. |
