| Abstract: | RESUMEN: La inmunización cruzada es la capacidad de nuestro sistema inmunitario para actuar con anticuerpos previamente generados contra un virus, frente a otro virus altamente similar. Objetivo: Determinar los efectos secundarios de la vacuna COVID-19 posterior a inmunización cruzada en la población usuaria en el primer nivel de atención del sistema de salud salvadoreño. Metodología: transversal, descriptivo y de campo, con una total de 336 usuarios del primer nivel de atención, divididas entre: Unidades de Salud San Francisco Gotera, Unidad de Salud de Delicias de Concepción y Unidad de Salud de La Cruz; se utilizó un cuestionario de 10 ítems de carácter cerrado. Para el análisis de datos se realizará mediante estadística descriptiva, mediante el formulario de cuestionario, y una vez recopilados los datos, se unifican por medio de tabulación. Resultados: se obtuvo que la mayoría de la población son femeninas, el rango de edad entre 18-29 años es el más prevalente, la mayoría de los usuarios se encuentran casados y saben leer y escribir, la mayoría ha cursado educación básica, no tiene ninguna ocupación y son de religión católica; con la primera dosis; el tipo de vacuna más frecuente es CoronaVac, la mayoría presento malestar general; con la segunda dosis, CoronaVac fue la más utilizada, el efecto secundario fue malestar general; en la tercera dosis la Pfizer fue la más colocada, y el efecto secundario fue malestar general, en la cuarta dosis se observa que 73.80% no se colocó la vacuna; de la población que se colocó, el efecto secundario más fue el malestar general; de la población con enfermedades crónicas la más frecuente fueron las cardiopatías. Conclusiones: Los efectos secundarios de la vacuna COVID-19 posterior a inmunización cruzada son malestar general, cefalea y fiebre en la población usuaria en el primer nivel de atención del sistema de salud salvadoreño. ABSTRACT: Cross immunization is the ability of our immune system to act with antibodies previously generated against one virus, against another highly similar virus. Objective: Determine the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine after cross-immunization in the user population at the first level of care of the Salvadoran health system. Methodology: transversal, descriptive and field, with a total of 336 users of the first level of care, divided between: San Francisco Gotera Health Units, Delicias de Concepción Health Unit and La Cruz Health Unit; A closed-ended 10-item questionnaire was used. Data analysis will be carried out using descriptive statistics, using the questionnaire form, and once the data is collected, they are unified through tabulation. Results: it was found that the majority of the population are female, the age range between 18-29 years is the most prevalent, the majority of users are married and know how to read and write, the majority have completed basic education, they do not have no occupation and are of the Catholic religion; with the first dose; The most common type of vaccine is CoronaVac, the majority presented general discomfort; with the second dose, CoronaVac was the most used, the side effect was general malaise; In the third dose, the Pfizer was the most administered, and the side effect was general discomfort. In the fourth dose, it was observed that 73.80% did not receive the vaccine; Of the population that was placed, the most common side effect was general discomfort; Of the population with chronic diseases, heart disease was the most common. Conclusions: The side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine after cross-immunization are general malaise, headache and fever in the user population at the first level of care of the Salvadoran health system. |
