| Abstrakt: | RESUMEN: La Ciudad de San Miguel ha sido escogida en esta oportunidad para desarrollar dentro de ella un estudio exhaustivo y minucioso de su Arquitectura Patrimonial y de su Historia, a través del tema:”Análisis arquitectónico de bienes culturales inmuebles aislados del Centro Histórico, en la ciudad de San Miguel.” El presente documento tiene como objetivo el análisis de criterios de diseño funcional, formal y tecnológico; recomendaciones y conclusiones para el cuidado y mantenimiento de los Inmuebles ,así como el proporcionar un documento: “Al Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y el Arte”(CONCULTURA) y a la Universidad de El Salvador Facultad Multidisciplinaria Oriental (FMO-UES), con el aporte de información que hace falta sobre la Arquitectura propia de algunos Bienes Culturales Inmuebles Aislados los cuales se encuentran fuera del área del Centro Histórico y de Amortiguamiento del Municipio de San Miguel y que todavía existen en la Ciudad y forman parte de la Historia y que a su vez sirva para difundir a la población sobre el Valor Histórico Arquitectónico de cada uno de los Inmuebles. ABSTRACT: The City of San Miguel has been chosen on this occasion to develop within it an exhaustive and detailed study of its Patrimonial Architecture and its History, through the theme: "Architectural analysis of immovable cultural assets isolated from the Historic Center, in the city of San Miguel.” This document aims to analyze functional, formal and technological design criteria; recommendations and conclusions for the care and maintenance of the Properties, as well as providing a document: "To the National Council for Culture and Art" (CONCULTURA) and to the University of El Salvador Oriental Multidisciplinary Faculty (FMO-UES), with the contribution of information that is needed on the architecture of some Isolated Real Estate Cultural Assets which are outside the area of the Historic Center and Buffer of the Municipality of San Miguel and that still exist in the City and are part of History at the same time that it serves to disseminate the population about the Historical Architectural Value of each of the Properties. |
