| 520 | 3 | |a RESUMEN: El aprovechar los espacios con los que cuenta el sector urbano de la ciudad de San Miguel para el desarrollo y crecimiento del casco urbano por medio de proyectos de viviendas que beneficien a la población, viene a ser factible, ya que la demanda de vivienda está creciendo grandemente. Por esta razón se hará un análisis sobre los beneficios que el proyecto de “Vivienda multifamiliar con interés social” trae, entendiéndose como Vivienda Multifamiliar, el lugar donde viven o pueden vivir varias familias, un edificio de departamentos que consta de varias unidades de vivienda en forma vertical u horizontal y Vivienda de Interés Social, aquellas que se desarrollen para garantizar el derecho a la vivienda de los hogares de menores ingresos. METODOLOGÍA: Se utilizará la investigación descriptiva, la recolección de datos se hará a través de entrevistas, encuestas y visitas de campo. CONCLUSIONES: Hemos concluido que el proyecto de VIVIENDA MULTIFAMILIAR CON INTERÉS SOCIAL es una alternativa viable para solucionar la problemática del déficit habitacional en la ciudad de San Miguel. Se realizó el estudio de la vivienda de interés social en El Salvador y se concluyó que a pesar de los esfuerzos del gobierno y de diversos actores involucrados en la problemática de mejorar el déficit habitacional, no son suficientes para satisfacer la demanda de vivienda de toda la población, en especial la de menores recursos económicos. Se han cumplido los requerimientos para el desarrollo del anteproyecto, en base a una necesidad en particular, pretende que familias de escasos recursos puedan adquirir una vivienda digna y a su alcance. | |
