| 520 | 3 | |a RESUMEN: La vivienda es un bien durable único, con un alto grado de desigualdad. Su ciclo de producción es: construcción, mantenimiento o rehabilitación y transformación en su uso. Su tenencia puede ser en propiedad o en alquiler. Es además una necesidad humana fundamental, al igual que la alimentación y la vestimenta. La carencia de cualquiera de los anteriores priva al ser humano de su derecho a vivir con dignidad. La vivienda, es un requerimiento de vida fundamental relacionado con una necesidad humana básica, la falta de ella realmente debe ser contemplada como una injusticia, relacionado con la inequidad de distribución del ingreso, por consiguiente, de los bienes y servicios tanto al interior de una nación como internacionalmente. OBJETIVO GENERAL: Desarrollar una propuesta Urbano - Arquitectónica de vivienda en altura, funcional para impulsar el desarrollo de este tipo de vivienda en la Ciudad de San Miguel. CONCLUSIÓN: Según el tema elaborado en nuestro perfil de investigación, se han tomado en cuenta diferentes parámetros, por lo que describimos las siguientes conclusiones: A lo largo de esta investigación de la evolución histórica y el contexto actual local de la vivienda en nuestro país, se observó que el aislamiento originó una primera idea de convivencia colectiva y por ello aparece la vivienda en altura como solución óptima al déficit de vivienda, siendo promovidas además como grandes obras públicas. | |

Their tenure can be owned or rented. It is also a fundamental human need, just like food and clothing. The lack of any of the above deprives the human being of his right to live with dignity. Housing is a fundamental requirement of life related to a basic human need, the lack of it should really be seen as an injustice, related to the inequality of income distribution, therefore, of goods and services both within a nation and internationally. GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Develop an Urban - Architectural proposal for high-rise housing, functional to promote the development of this type of housing in the City of San Miguel. CONCLUSION: Depending on the theme elaborated in our research profile, different parameters have been taken into account, for which we describe the following conclusions: Throughout this investigation of the historical evolution and the current local context of housing in our country, It was observed that isolation gave rise to a first idea of collective coexistence and therefore high-rise housing appears as the optimal solution to the housing deficit, being also promoted as large public works. | |
