| Streszczenie: | RESUMEN: Crear un proyecto Arquitectónico de readecuación del Mercado Municipal #1 de Usulután. En el desarrollo de nuestra investigación, se pondrá en práctica el Método Deductivo; es un método que busca inferir sobre una proposición o hecho, a partir de rasgos completamente generales hacia los más particulares. Para lo cual emplearemos la investigación de campo: en esta etapa se realizará el análisis de sitio, levantamiento topográfico, estudios del ambiente natural del terreno, del cual se obtendrán los datos más relevantes, ser analizados para el desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico. Y también la investigación teórica: obtener información necesaria para realizar el proyecto, se llevará a cabo la recopilación de datos basándonos en lectura de documentos, fuentes bibliográficas, entrevistas, manuales, libros, leyes y reglamentos: de esta manera podemos realizar y conocer sus necesidades. De esta manera también se concluye que requiere una intervención pronta porque puede colapsar, debido a los sismos e incendios que han ocurrido en los transcursos de los años y se han dañado partes importantes del inmueble. Los principales problemas que afectan a los agentes y usuarios del Mercado Municipal #1 de Usulután son: desbordamiento por no haberse considerado el aumento poblacional en el departamento, espacios provisionales inadecuados, insalubres e inseguros, con la construcción del mercado, se mejorará la calidad de vida de compradores y vendedores (espacio, diseño y ordenamiento para mejorar las actividades). Y finalmente añadir que este proyecto tiene suficiente locales comerciales para albergar a los vendedores en una mejor instalación. ABSTRACT: Create an architectural project for the renovation of Municipal Market #1 in Usulután. In developing our research, we will implement the deductive method; a method that seeks to draw inferences about a proposition or fact, from completely general features to more specific ones. For this purpose, we will employ field research: at this stage, a site analysis, topographic survey, and studies of the natural environment of the terrain will be performed, from which the most relevant data will be obtained and analyzed for the development of the architectural project. We will also conduct theoretical research: obtaining the necessary information to carry out the project. Data will be collected based on reading documents, bibliographic sources, interviews, manuals, books, laws, and regulations: in this way, we can carry out and understand its needs. This also leads to the conclusion that it requires prompt intervention because it may collapse due to the earthquakes and fires that have occurred over the years, which have damaged important parts of the building. The main problems affecting the agents and users of Usulután Municipal Market No. 1 are: overflow due to failure to consider the department's population growth; inadequate, unsanitary, and unsafe temporary spaces; and the construction of the market will improve the quality of life for shoppers and vendors (space, design, and layout to improve activities). Finally, it should be noted that this project has sufficient commercial space to accommodate vendors in a better facility. |
