| Abstrakt: | RESUMEN: El presente trabajo propone una metodología a seguir, para elaborar un presupuesto de construcción, la motivación para el desarrollo de éste, es que en la actualidad en la que vivimos hoy en día podemos observar que existe cierta necesidad de conocimientos y de nuevas herramientas que simplifiquen el trabajo, en cuanto a la elaboración de un presupuesto, es por ello que se ve la necesidad de evolucionar de manera constante para encontrar mecanismos que permitan incrementar la eficiencia y operatividad, mediante la reducción de costos para el mismo. Siendo este un campo esencial en el desarrollo de la carrera de Arquitectura e Ingeniería Civil, se pretende implementar conocimientos investigativos para el desarrollo estudiantil. El presente manual trata diferentes tipos de actividades y costos que se deben ejecutar a la hora de iniciar la elaboración de un presupuesto. Esta debe ser una herramienta tecnológica actual de confiabilidad y eficacia para el costeo de proyectos de construcción, sin importar su magnitud, para quien la domine y de esta manera estar más preparados para responder a las exigencias y retos que el área presupuestaria nos demanda, debido a su complejidad existen ciertas variables a la hora de presupuestar y elaborarlo, como por ejemplo el tipo de proyecto que se llevará a cabo hasta la cantidad de actividades y costos que puede consolidar el presupuesto. La intención de realizar el manual, no es solamente para describir y explicar cada parte que contiene un presupuesto, si no solventar muchas dudas a la hora de determinar las actividades incluidas en el presupuesto, lo que se pretende con el presente proyecto es llevar más a fondo el tema y que pueda desarrollarse en un sistema computacional. ABSTRACT: This paper proposes a methodology for preparing a construction budget. The motivation for its development is that, in the current climate in which we live today, we can observe a certain need for knowledge and new tools that simplify the work involved in budgeting. Therefore, there is a need to constantly evolve to find mechanisms that allow for increased efficiency and operability by reducing costs. Since this is an essential field in the development of Architecture and Civil Engineering programs, the aim is to implement research knowledge for student development. This manual addresses different types of activities and costs that must be executed when beginning to prepare a budget. This should be a current technological tool of reliability and effectiveness for the costing of construction projects, regardless of their magnitude, for those who master it and in this way be better prepared to respond to the demands and challenges that the budgetary area demands of us, due to its complexity there are certain variables when budgeting and preparing it, such as the type of project that will be carried out until the number of activities and costs that the budget can consolidate. The intention of creating the manual is not only to describe and explain each part that a budget contains, but also to resolve many doubts when determining the activities included in the budget, what is intended with this project is to take the subject more in depth and that it can be developed in a computer system. |
