| Resumo: | RESUMEN: La ciudad de Berlín perteneciente al departamento de Usulután cuenta con infraestructura de carácter histórico y lugares de interés en el centro de la ciudad, que incluye la Alcaldía Municipal siendo la institución primordial y edificación donde se cumple las funciones administrativas para el desarrollo de la municipalidad. Metodología: se siguió un modelo estructural facilitando desarrollar las funciones del proceso administrativo, planeamiento, organización, dirección y control de una manera eficaz implementando el diseño arquitectónico que pretende seguir las características del sistema de certificación LEDD. Conclusiones: Diseñar un Anteproyecto Arquitectónico para la readecuación del edificio de la Alcaldía Municipal de Berlín, a un edificio sustentable, optimizando su funcionamiento administrativo y solventando las necesidades espaciales y funcionales actuales y futuras. ABSTRACT: The city of Berlin, part of the Usulután department, has historic infrastructure and places of interest in the city center, including the Municipal Hall, which is the primary institution and building where the administrative functions for the development of the municipality are fulfilled. Methodology: A structural model was followed, facilitating the development of the administrative process, planning, organization, direction, and control functions in an efficient manner, implementing the architectural design that aims to follow the characteristics of the LEDD certification system. Conclusions: Design a preliminary architectural project for the retrofitting of the Berlin Municipal Hall building into a sustainable building, optimizing its administrative operation and solving current and future spatial and functional needs. |
