| 520 | 3 | |a RESUMEN: La presente investigación se basa en el estudio y de las impugnaciones en derecho registral, como una categoría al derecho de la propiedad; en un primer momento el registro de la propiedad raíz e hipotecas se regulo por medios de sistemas registrales que servían en el registro para llevar un mejor control del derecho del usuario a la inscripción y garantizar así la protección de este, haciendo efectiva la organización del registro.OBJETIVOS. Establecer los alcances y la eficacia de los Recursos Registrales reconocidos por la legislación, en los trámites realizados por el Centro Nacional de Registro y verificar los medios de impugnación aplicables ante las resoluciones registrales. CONCLUSION. Que la Ley de Procedimientos Uniformes a lo largo de su entrada en vigencia, genero un verdadero marco normativo para el Derecho Registral en lo que se refiere a materia de Recursos Registrales y además uniformó los procedimientos del Registro y a unificar el criterio de los Registradores, esto en a fin de dar una mayor eficiencia en los trámites registrales, dotando así al usuario del Registro de la Propiedad Raíz e Hipotecas, entre otras cosas, de oportunidades procesales relacionados siempre con el Código procesal Civil y Mercantil. ABSTRACT: The present investigation is based on the study and challenges in registration law, as a category of property rights; At first, the registry of real estate and mortgages was regulated by means of registry systems that served in the registry to better control the user's right to registration and thus guarantee its protection, making the organization of the registry effective. OBJECTIVES. Establish the scope and effectiveness of the Registry Resources recognized by the legislation, in the procedures carried out by the National Registry Center and verify the means of challenge applicable to the registry resolutions. CONCLUSION. That the Law of Uniform Procedures throughout its entry into force, generated a true regulatory framework for the Registry Law in regard to matters of Registry Resources and also standardized the Registry procedures and unified the criteria of the Registrars, this in order to provide greater efficiency in registration procedures, thus providing the user of the Real Estate and Mortgage Registry, among other things, with procedural opportunities always related to the Civil and Commercial Procedure Code. | |
