| Samenvatting: | RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo se pretende, aplicar todos los conocimientos y herramientas teóricas adquiridas durante los años de estudio; en la realización del trabajo de graduación se desarrollará una investigación sobre la problemática del Centro de Gobierno Municipal, que surge a partir de la necesidad de crear espacios adecuados y lo suficientemente amplios para realizar sus actividades diarias. Comprende una investigación teórica, bibliográfica, visitas de campo y visitas técnicas, así como cronograma de actividades que nos brindan el tiempo sugerente para realizar el proyecto por lo que se reconocen los criterios y requerimientos que se precisan para cumplir con las fechas previstas. ABSTRACT: The present work aims to apply all the knowledge and theoretical tools acquired during the years of study; in the completion of the graduation work, an investigation will be carried out on the problems of the Municipal Government Center, which arises from the need to create adequate and sufficiently large spaces to carry out its daily activities. It includes theoretical and bibliographical research, field visits and technical visits, as well as a schedule of activities that provide us with the suggested time to carry out the project, so that the criteria and requirements that are needed to meet the planned dates are recognized. |
