Tóm tắt:Internal and external factors that hinder first year of high school students EFL learning process at Complejo Educativo Dr. Alberto Luna during the year 2017” is a case study which focuses on establishing the different difficulties that prevent first year of high school students from learning English. Consequently, the fundamental of this study was achieved through the description of the external factors such as the role of the teacher, and extrinsic motivation, and as well as the description of internal factors such as intrinsic motivation and mother tongue influence.
