Özet:The purpose of this article is to show that managing by values increases worker's self-esteem. Based on the references of Bimbo, a company that has had a successful track record for many years and whose employees feel socially and professionally accomplished, it is shown that their way of management is the key to success. According to the philosophy and values of this company, the worker is treated as another human being and never as an instrument. Thus, we conclude that the importance of managing by values lies in the relation that an increase in the worker's self-esteem leads to the success of people as individuals and firms as teams.
