| Shrnutí: | This article has the objective of researching causes of the legal and social defenselessness of the population displaced from their places of origin, due to violence and other factors beyond their control. The legal situation in Mexico for this sector of the population is analyzed, the federal and state legal systems available to victims of forced displacement are described, as well as those instruments of International Humanitarian Law that relate to this matter. Qualitative methodology structured in the descriptive, documentary and analytical method was used. Some legal and conceptual gaps were found that contribute to the abandonment of exiled people both in Mexico and in the international context, where there is still no specific regulatory framework. Finally, recommendations and observations are made to try to solve this problem |
