| الملخص: | The work revisits the path outlined by the Social Actors Demand Council Program - PROCODAS, a scientific policy that has been operating under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation - MINCYT since 2008. This program emerges as the space within this ministry in which civil society organizations converge and dialogue with actors from the scientific-technological sector.
