الملخص:The work revisits the path outlined by the Social Actors Demand Council Program - PROCODAS, a scientific policy that has been operating under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation - MINCYT since 2008. This program emerges as the space within this ministry in which civil society organizations converge and dialogue with actors from the scientific-technological sector. In this way, it promotes an alternative articulation between science and technology and social organizations, seeking to achieve a harmony between scientific knowledge and the knowledge of civil society, based on the detection, formulation and response to social problems. and specific productive activities, in order to facilitate access to innovative technological options that have a positive impact on the quality of life of the actors involved
