Riassunto:This text is a study from the perspective of social history, the goal is to unravel the anonymity those voices that until now were absent around the characters who somehow participated in the trafficking and consumption of narcotics; it was determined by the regulations in force from 1931 to 1940, a period where the core of the discussion of the issue lay in cataloging the consumer as sick or criminal. In this scenario, the narcotics were distributed through pharmacies and dispensaries, while Chinese migrants and sinaloenses shared networks cultivation in the mountains, in the main cities of the entity, traffic was brewing retail.
