The lack of data of the asymptomatic carriage in our country made necessary it´s determination to quantify the exposure to this bacterias´reservoirs. The aims of this study were to determine the prevalence of asymptomatic carriers of pharyngitis agents and qualitatively compare the result of the incubation with and without CO2.
