Shrnutí:This paper tries to explore the main changes in the measurement of official development aid flows from the agreements generated within the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the OECD, and how the instruments used in financing for development are subject to reforms in their granting criteria, both in their technical and political dimension. Likewise, an approach will be made to the main effects that the new indicators may have on the traditional concept of Official Development Assistance (ODA) regarding the establishment of a new measurement framework for official aid: Total Official Support for the Sustainable Development (TOSSD) and its implications for developing countries in the face of the sustainable development agenda 2030.
