Özet:This work includes a case study that analyzes how the Civil Society Organization “Proyecto Poder” manages its projects and to what extent tools that are currently vital such as Accountability and Learning are being considered. Indeed, this study is a contribution to the debate and reflection about the importance of Accountability and Learning in these types of organizations, since they are transcendental to increase the trust that exists on the part of citizens, and stakeholders, as well as generating a greater impact. This work in the same way aims to identify the importance of advancing in this matter from the experience of the organization, reflecting between theory and practice in the application of these two tools in development interventions. To meet this objective, qualitative methodological tools are used, such as: in-depth interviews with the organization’s technical team and focus groups. Therefore, in the light of these data and results, effective measures are shown for the promotion, installation and consolidation of a culture of Accountability and Learning so that Civil Society Organizations include these tools as elements of their daily management.
