| Sumario: | The objective of this research was to identify the perceptions of victims and relatives of the crimeagainst humanity that occurred in “Mozote” and its surroundings in the department of Morazán in theRepublic of El Salvador; the methodology used was quantitative, retrospective, descriptive and observational,for which a questionnaire was sent to 24 families, who responded based on their perceptionsof compliance with the IACHR ruling; The results allow us to visualize that despite the time that haselapsed since the events occurred and since the sentence was issued, there are still pending compliancesthat are necessary to guarantee the repair of the damage caused by this crime; In conclusion, it is necessaryto deepen the construction of the truth to achieve justice in an integral way for the victims and theirfamilies. |
