Description

For this reason, it is important to analyse basic ideas from the point of view of human rights and the need for the recognition of the Right to water as a human right and fundamental law of the human person. In the legal-political scene in El Salvador, a set of perceptions by orga-nized civil society have emerged in relation to the privatization of the vital liquid, which motivated several constitutional reform initiatives for the recognition of this Human Right, until showing and publicizing the proposal for constitutional reform promoted by the University of El Salvador.
