Taking Henan University Library as an example, this paper set up an effective mechanism based on the idea of management-service-development, and adopted laddered management strategy and organizational guarantee of rules and regulations. In the aspects of recruiting, training, archives work, routine management, and appraisal and reward, it explored the innovative management modes by offering various positions, organizing brand activities and meeting students’ practical needs, to achieve common development of library and work-study program team. | |
