Abstrakti:	Under the impetus of the Civil Rights Movement, employment testing has come under severe and frequent criticism. Testing opponents contend that pre-employment ability tests are unfair to minority group applicants and place them at a disadvantage when competing with "middle class" white applicants for jobs.
